Alfred is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner & Registered Acupuncturist. He was a case manager and clinician with VCH Community component for many years. He has extensive knowledge & experience in working with people who has a mental health & addiction issue.

Alfred is a stronger believer of naturalistic approach to improve health and wellbeing. Currently he is concentrating his energy and effort to restore health for others with TCM & Acupuncture. He has a keen interest & focus in Acupuncture Oncology, and a passion for working with cancer patient. He strives to improve the quality of life for his patients in their fight against Cancer. He also has good knowledge and experience in the treatment of pain and fertility.

Currently he is the chief acupuncturist at the Cancer Care Center in Fort Langley. He has also been associated with Tzu Chi Vancouver (TIMA) to provide TCM & Acupuncture service for a Native Drug Addiction Center in Vancouver. Tzu Chi’s tender loving care and respectful treatment approach has received high recognition from the Addiction Center.

Other than his vigorous training in TCM, Alfred also strive to improve and upgrade himself with continuous training and education with world famous master in the field. He has completed intensive training in Master Tung Acupuncture, YNSA Scalp Acupuncture and Dr. Wen’s famous Scalp Acupuncture etc. This has greatly improve his treatment effectiveness and benefit his patients substantially.

During his time of leisure, Alfred enjoys nature walk, meditation, medical Qi-gong, calligraphy ad reading   latest research articles and medical books.
